Amber Valley CVS – Board & Senior Manager Admin Support opportunity We wish to recruit an experienced Administration Support Worker to join an existing Administration team. The post requires candidates to have a proven track record of support as minute taker and clerk to the Board of Trustees. This will involve handling of confidential papers. Your role is also to support Senior Management Team and team members in all aspects of administration and reception support. In addition you will need a varied and high competency in administration skills, have worked in a busy reception and will provide administration support to the staff of Amber Valley CVS and its member groups, using all types of Microsoft Office including databases and some bespoke computer packages. You will take the lead to ensure all administration tasks relating to the operation of our highly successful Disclosure & Barring Umbrella Service are completed. As part of a busy team of staff the role will be varied and will include supporting volunteers within their administration role. You will maintain records using spreadsheets, databases and filing systems to ensure the effective operation of a busy Administration department. You will effectively market for volunteer befrienders who will give either telephone or direct support to isolated individuals referred to us. This post needs individuals who can motivate and accompany clients inside or outside the home with a variety of activities that will improve WellBeing. This service includes a charge to clients. All activity will be aimed at reducing social isolation and improving access to the wider community You will ;

Derbyshire Autism Services  SERVICE CO-ORDINATOR – RIPLEY BASED – 37 HOURS P/W – SALARY £19,500 RISING TO £20,500 AFTER THE 6 MONTH PROBATIONERY PERIOD Derbyshire Autism Services (DAS) is a vibrant and developing organisation working closely with autistic children, young people and adults in support, development and advocacy to improve opportunities for those with autism and their parents and carers. We believe strongly in the abilities and potential of our service users and others with autism in Derbyshire. DAS are looking for a Service Co-ordinator who will be responsible in producing staffing and club schedules around our 1:1, 2:1 and groups services. Sound knowledge and experience of scheduling sessions will be an advantage, suiting people with good planning and organisational skills who are ICT literate. This is a reasonably intensive but rewarding role requiring an ability to communicate well with people and with the support of the Operational Services Manager, manage complex scheduling in a flexible way. DAS are interested in hearing from a wide range of applicants who care about making a real difference to people with autism, and who are passionate about service co-ordination in the care sector.
