DAACS ( Derbyshire All Age Carers Service ) –We are recruiting for a support worker within our Young Carers team to cover maternity leave. This role will involve working with young carers and their families within the High Peak area, with some travel to other areas as required. Our service supports young carers to help reduce any negative impacts that their caring role may have such as with education, social opportunities, emotional wellbeing, family relationships and future aspirations.
