Head of Supporter Relationships
37 hours per week
£38,760 per annum

Our supporters are hugely important and the Head of Supporter Relationships’ job is to make sure we build amazing relationships with them. They must feel valued and be engaged with Treetops.

As the senior manager in charge, you need to place our relationships with supporters at the core of the charity. In this strategic and very hands on role, you will start from the ground up to help us build our relationship strategy, supporter journeys and data practices.

You’ll want to get your sleeves rolled up and dive into our data, sort out the databases and create your supporter insight. We’re doing some things well, but there’s a lot to do to get us really flying. So you’ll have the fun challenge of creating and implementing your own vision.

Your hard work will generate the income we need to keep our nurses nursing – you’ll take the lead on our already successful lottery and you’ll develop our regular giving and appeals income.

So, if you’ve got the skills and experience, let’s have a chat.

We can offer you flexible hours and the option to spend time working from home.

We’re a friendly bunch of people to work with. We have lovely grounds to walk around at lunch time and parking won’t cost you a penny.
